About Illinois AIVID
The Illinois Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act (310 ILCS 177) requires employers using AI to analyze video interviews to: (1) notify candidates before the interview, (2) explain how the AI works, (3) obtain consent, and (4) limit who can view the recordings.
Neuroxa's candidate portal presents the required disclosure before each AI interview session. Candidates may request a human interviewer instead. All consent events are recorded in the append-only audit log for compliance verification.
